This space was born out of dew-drenched mornings in the tea gardens of Sreemangal, where silence was broken only by birdsong and the rustle of leaves. It also grew from the kitchen—where my mother turned ordinary ingredients into meals that carried a tenderness no recipe could measure.
From these moments, a belief took root: food is more than nourishment—it is memory, culture, and healing.
